Despite a secret KGB plot involving an Alex Radulov dive and polonium poisoning not to mention Gary Bettman’s transparent small market favoritism in not suspending Shea Weber the Red Wings gritted out a win in Tennessee.
Todd Bertuzzi opened the game by getting revenge without being named in a court case on Shea Weber whose attempted Zetterberg head dribbling didn’t go unnoticed by this astute blogger.
When they weren’t busy chanting homophobic slurs at Todd Bertuzzi the Nashville crowd took their time to boo the friendly* Swede for being assaulted, apparently. Deplorable.
Game three is in Detroit at noon on Sunday. See you here before then.
* Full disclosure we don’t understand what Henrik Zetterberg says when he talks.
